Roll your hair into the helmet

by xan wilson
(austin, tx)

Ok, this can only be done if you have long enough hair. Divide your hair into about 4-5 parts. Take each part and twist it then coil it and lightly pin it with one small bobby pin. My bobby pins have strings tied to them for easy removal from under my doo rag or helmet. Do this to each section of hair. put your doo rag on and if you have attached a string to the bobby pin, pull the string to remove the pin. Now put on the helmet. When you are ready to take off the helmet do so and "fluff" your hair. If done right it looks like you just finished doing your hair. If you need photos, I will try to photo my next "do" for you.

This I've Got to See!
by: Ellie

Have just read all the helmet hair solutions and reckon yours sounds great. I've no idea what a 'doo rag' is and can't picture the string pulling off the bobby pin without untwisting your hair coil?
My hair is long and would love to get a good solution to this.

Please send pics of how you do it!

Cheers, Ellie
