I wish I were closer, I'd ride with you. But I'm here in Texas. But, for what it's worth, I've never had anyone to ride with either. My husband doesn't ride and I really don't want to ride with other guys because that gets, um... complicated. But the good news is that you've gotten this far on your own. Good going! Pat yourself on the back and eat some chocolate! Just take your time and once in a while go a little farther than usual. Maybe at a time when traffic is really light, like early on a Saturday or Sunday morning. That's how I started riding in traffic areas. Sometimes, on a road I'd not ridden before on the bike, I would go for a drive and try to see it from a rider's perspective, and that helped too. As long as you have a cell phone, a credit/debit card and a phone number of a towing service (just in case) you should be able to handle most situations. You can do this! Look how far you've come already!
