2001 Kawasaki Ninja 250

A bit over a year ago, I thought my life was pretty much set. Little did I know, my world would soon be turned upside down and my marriage would be over.

Okay, enough of that......fast forward several months: I met a wonderful man, Craig, who has a motorcycle, a sport bike. I had a bike many years ago, but quit riding after an accident, and hadn't really been on one much since then. I loved the feeling of riding again, on the back of Craig's bike, but soon I starting thinking of getting one myself. With his help, and after months of looking, I recently bought this little girl: a 2001 Kawasaki Ninja 250 in near-mint condition. I love her, and I'm thoroughly enjoying getting back into riding again. We had already planned to go to Daytona for Biketoberfest, and if I can get enough practice riding in before then, I'll be doing the trip on my own ride. 200 miles......wish me luck!

Ride Safe

Good luck ! I am in St Pete and was going to be a vendor at Bike fest-for a really effective do rag I created but not enough dinero right now to do it. It's over 1200. by the time I pay for the show and licence and hotel...so maybe next year! Ride safe!!

Nice Ride

I wish you luck on that 200 mile ride. Love the color. I know what you mean about riding. I started riding the trike we have and that was all she wrote. Got my motorcycle license and now ready to go. In fact, got it in the mail today. Better picture this time.

I am still looking for my first bike. Saw one today but it doesn't look like the person took care of it.
