I have honed my riding skills by watching this video. He learned these skills through motor officers training course. He passes these skills learned on his dvd video "Ride Like A Pro". The latest version, number 5, has women demonstrating maneuvering skills at low speeds.
Google "Ride Like A Pro". Money well spent it will be.

Ride like a pro

Glad you like the new Ride Like a pro- and the women riders. I am one of the riders on the tape Lynn Phillips. The original Ride like a pro is where I learned to ride. I set up everything they said to do in a parking lot and PRACTICED, PRACTICED, AND PRACTICED some more. It was an honor when they ask my husband and me to be in the New version. We are living proof it works.

Ride Like a Pro Classes

He has also franchised "Ride Like a Pro" schools. One of them is in New Jersey if anyone is interested. It costs $100 for a half day class. Here's the link - http://www.ridelikeapronj.com/index.html

After I get a little more experience riding, I plan to take the course. Would love to see Jerry Palladino and his gang in action too!

You're right. It's a great video.

I like to go back and look at it ever now and then.

He and his wife, Donna do demos at bike events. It's really very basic rules like looking through your turns and dropping that handlebar.
