I would like to find a club/group to ride with. (Harford County, MD) I am new to ridding but DH has ridden for awhile. I would like to find one that is family orientated. It seems like a lot of bike things have half naked women involved and bars. Not that I am prudish but, being married I feel that there is a time and place for everything. I have e-mailed several clubs I found on line, but did not get a response. I guess there not active anymore or maybe I did not have the right bike or enough experience. If anybody knows of one in my area please let me know.

Hi, My name is ree and I have been riding my own for about 2 seasons now and would like to know of any female riding groups, not necessarily a MC club with colors and dues and the likes, but just the safety of a small group who enjoy riding. What keeps me from enjoying my bike more often is the idea of something happening and I'm alone. Hopefully some other single female riders out there can get where I'm comming from and drop me a line.

New Rider: Need Riding Partner Near Cheltenham, MD

I bought my first sport bike, 2010 Ninja 250r, in May of this year and passed the MSF course in June. I have rode around the neighborhood a lot and went up and down the main streets a few times, but I have yet to take a real ride. I am nervous about riding alone and when I do ride I have a friend follow me in their car. I want to build up my confidence to get out on my own but I need to get comfortable with riding in general first. I only know male riders and they don't like going under 100 mph so I choose not to ride with them. Are there any female riders interested in riding around town. I live near Upper Marlboro, MD. I would love to take a real ride before the summer is over and get some miles on "Sasha". That's my bikes name :) I appreciate anyone who can help me.
