Honda VLX 600 Deluxe 2001

My First Bike. I bought this bike after I completed the MSC in May. I rode it for four months before buying my Honda VTX1300R (Will upload photo soon). This was a great first bike and the thing I miss the most about it is how much it roared like a big bike. It sounded louder than my present one. She was a cutie, that's for sure; turned a lot of heads, but too small for the highway, for me anyway.

600 to 1300

I started out the exact same way on a Honda VLX 600 but after a few months upgraded to a VTX1300S. My husband rides a Goldwing and I needed a larger bike for longer trips. I loved that 600 and it was the absolute perfect bike to start out on. Have fun and ride safe!

Thanks! I know you could ride your husband's bike. It's all psychological,you know. I find the only difference with the 1300 and the 600 is the width; the wheel base is pretty close to the same thing. You should give it a try. You'd love it.

My Shadow is a 2002 just like the one in ur pic My bike will keep up with everybody elses.. i love the way it rides. I have to hide my keys from from my husband or hes on it... lol Hope u enjoy ur bigger bike, I think Ill just keep mine and gurlie it up.

You look great on the old bike. My hubby rides a 1300vtxr. HOLY good for you riding that. I find it very big and heavy and I am not sure I could ride that and I am 5 10. Pictures please
