Helmet Hair

I get a layered cut so that when I take the helmet off I can brush my hair into some decent look. I bend over and brush my hair forward then stand up and brush it lightly into place. If all else fails, wear a baseball cap. : )

Kidney Pain

Do you guys also experience kidney pain after a long distance trip even with a kidney belt?

I had kidney infection a while back and was on antibiotics and the infection was gone after that but if we go on a long distance trip I wake up the next morning with extreme kidney pain.

Is there maybe a beter solution than a kidney belt?
