Harley Davidson 883 iron sportster 2009

I love this bike because it sits low to the grown and fits me like a a glove. It's a a little top heavy ,but you get used to it. I also love that it it's lean and not so bulky.Oh! And the sound of those Harley pipes are sweet music to my ears. There is a sporty look that I love. I have ridden this bike all over the south east and it has never let me down. From Key West to the tallest bridges asd the fastest Hays.We have done it all. I know there are more comfortable bikes out there,but my bike pleases me..Riding her is a spiritual thing and we are one. I have ridden many bikes love some and hate others. What can I say I like bikes,buy I love mine.

Love My Sporty Too!

I love my Sporty too! She's a '95 883 Standard, so she sits a bit higher than your Iron. I put pull back risers and road bars on her so she "fits", which is the most important thing on a long distance run. I can ride her all day and still be ready to get up and do it all over again the next day!

In the past seven years, we've covered 43.000 miles through 31 states (and two Canadian Provinces). Keep going and just nod and smile when people are surprized at the miles you rack up on a Sportster!

I give you credit for riding the Sporty from Jacksonville all the way to the Keys. If you love it, that is all that matters. There is a bike for everyone and enjoying the ride is the best.
