I started out on my aunt's Honda trail 70 in the yard when I was 7. I remember honking the horn so my dad could catch the bike between his knees so I could crawl down. I saved up some money working on the family cotton farm in Alabama and bought a Honda CR 65 orange and blue, it was too big but it helped me keep up with my brothers on there 125s. At 14 I bought my brothers hand me down Kawasaki 250 street bike which I rode till I got my drivers license at 16. Then I always dreamed of owning a Harley! It was a long 12 years waiting but shortly after my 28th birthday, unplanned I walked into Grand Teton Harley Davidson and drove off on my 2006 Red and Charcoal 883 Sportster. I haven't put a lot of miles on her but I like to ride to work in the summer, a few of my girl friends are now getting bikes so watch out you will see us on the rode this summer. When I am not on the rode then I will be at the St. Anthony, Idaho Sand Dunes on my Raptor 660 4 wheeler or on the tracks & trails along the Palisades Reservoir or Snake River with my Kawasaki 100 dirt bike.

I think the best bike for a woman is the one that fits her, she can comfortably reach the ground, the gears, the brakes, the throttle and most of all feels confident when she rides!!!
